The Company

HISTORY

We are Patrick Rennie and Michel Bertrand, two guys who love cars. We founded Automobile Addiction in 2008, when we were trying to build a kit car ourselves and found that nothing on the market truly suited our needs. Although many builders want a hobby car, we wanted something that could be built now, not over two or three years. We also wanted something inexpensive and easy to assemble, with excellent quality and authentic lines. A tall order, we know, so we set about to make it ourselves. Today, we are proud to say that our company provides its customers with exactly what we were looking for: kit cars that are beautiful, reliable, affordable, and painless to build at any skill level.

PHILOSOPHY

At Automobile Addiction, we use our years of substantial experience to develop our own products. We build our own molds, and manufacture our own bodies, frames, and trims. Design development and assembly are handled in our 15,000 square foot facility, where we use state-of-the-art technology and equipment to meet the industry’s highest quality standards and increase overall efficiency. Automobile Addiction is a small, highly focused company, and we are passionate in our dedication to quality, both in manufacturing and in customer service. It is incredibly important to us that building and driving your kit car be fun!
