Body Shell

The 250TF or 250GT SportSpyder Body Shell is made of a one piece composite material to provide structural integrity and eliminate stress point from screws or rivets assembly. The Hand Lay fiberglass cloth are carefully cut and accurately placed to maximized structural rigidity and distributes the stress point over the body and prevent surface spider cracks.

The gel coat is sand blocked to a smooth surface finish, primed and painted with high quality paint and then a clear coat finish to bring the final high gloss finish. We offer a selection of 4 colors only (Fire Red, Bright Yellow, Night Blue and metallic silver) for the exterior paint and 3 colors (tan, black and red) for the interior finish

Frame & Suspension

The 250TF or 250GT SportSpyder backbone space frame construction chassis has been engineered on the latest most powerful CAD/CAM software with built in simulation analyses. The chassis is designed and built from rectangular and square mild steel tube, it is MIG welded on high precision custom jig’s to provide the best quality construction and performances.

The mustang II configuration Front independent suspension has been one the best suspension design, it is economical because it can be assembled with parts from mass production cars. It is the best design compromise for street or track performances.

The rear suspension is designed to receive as standard an 8.8 or 9 inch live axel or you can order our bolt on optional custom made independent rear suspension kit that can be fitted with a Nissan 300 ZX or 350 Z differential and drive shaft assembly.

Interior & instrument panel

The dashboard is covered with black leatherette and fitted with high quality custom made control instruments. The high quality aluminum steering wheel is wrapped with reel wood and suited with a center horn button.

The interior and custom made seats are covered with high quality leatherette and carpet to provide the best look and durability.

Electrical system

The kit comes with all the lighting and electrical wire harness system installed, except for the engine electrical harness as it is specific to the engine choice and can be sourced new or used.

Engine option

The engine bay is design so it can accept a wide range of engines from inline high power 4 cylinders to V8’s. However, for the best performance we recommend to use the engine as follow:

• V6 Nissan 300zx or 350z
• V8 Ford 302 or 351
• V8 GM’s LS1 to LS6
